Do I need to be a member of the ROCS Rewards Program to sign up for a ROCS Monthly Coffee subscription?

Yes. Only members can sign up for a subscription, but it’s easy to join. Go to rocsstores.myguestaccount.com. You’ll be prompted to join.

How do I sign up for ROCS Monthly Coffee Subscription?

Go to rocsstores.myguestaccount.com.Once logged in you will find the subscribe button on your main screen.

How do I redeem my subscription?

It’s easy! Your ROCS Monthly Coffee subscription benefits work just like ROCS Rewards. When shopping at any of our locations scan the ROCS card.

Do I have to physically enter a ROCS Store to redeem my coffee subscription? Are there any low or no-contact options for using my subscription?

Yes. You have to physically enter a store to enjoy the benefits of your coffee subscription. There are no low or no-contact options at this time. Soon you’ll be able to order your coffee and all the great ROCS food with Door Dash.

How do I redeem my subscription using a kiosk in my ROCS Local Market?

You don’t need to use the kiosk. Your ROCS Monthly Coffee subscription benefit will be on your ROCS Rewards Card. Take a cup, grab your coffee, show it at the register and you’re good to go!

Can I use my ROCS Monthly Coffee Subscription with a third-party delivery service?

No. At this time, ROCS Monthly Coffee is not integrated with third-party delivery service providers. Soon you’ll be able to order your coffee and all the great ROCS food with Door Dash.

What kinds of coffee can I get with my ROCS Monthly Coffee subscription?

Your subscription includes 3 cups of drip hot coffee or iced coffee a day during regular store hours, other beverages are not included in your subscription.

What size coffee is included with a ROCS Monthly Coffee subscription?

You can choose any size coffee when redeeming your subscription benefits.

How much does the monthly ROCS Monthly Coffee Subscription cost me per day?

The monthly coffee subscription cost of $8.99 plus tax works out to about 30¢ per cup per day for the average 30-day month. This total monthly cost is equivalent to the regular price of about four 12oz cups of ROCS coffee—but with the monthly subscription, you can choose any size cup you like! 3 hours between cups.

Why do I need to store a credit card in my ROCS Rewards account?

Because this is a subscription program with a monthly recurring fee, we require a stored credit card for monthly billing purposes. Please also make sure the credit card you’d like to be charged is set to default. Note that the default credit card will be used for all digital orders.

Can I share my ROCS Monthly Coffee subscription with my family or friends?

No. This is an individual subscription tied to your ROCS Rewards account. Benefits of the program are non-transferable.

Can I redeem my ROCS Monthly Coffee subscription benefits at lunch or dinner?

Yes, you can redeem your benefits 3 times a day during regular hours at any ROCS Store.

Can I redeem my ROCS Monthly Coffee subscription benefits at any ROCS Store?

Yes. The subscription program is available at all ROCS Stores.

How do I cancel my ROCS MonthlyCoffee subscription?

Go to your ROCS Rewards account to cancel your subscription. Contact Customer Care at help@rocsstarrewards.com

Can I get a refund if I don’t use my ROCS Monthly Coffee subscription?

No, we do not offer refunds for unused subscriptions, but you can cancel your subscription by visiting your ROCS Rewards account.

Can I purchase a ROCS Monthly Coffee subscription as a gift for someone else?

No. This is an individual subscription tied to your ROCS Rewards account.

How do I renew my subscription each month?

Your ROCS Monthly Coffee Subscription will automatically renew each month. The monthly fee will be charged to the payment method you provided when you signed up.

I think my friends would be interested in a ROCS Monthly Coffee subscription. Can I tell them about it?

Yes, please do. The subscription program is available at all ROCS Stores.

When will I be billed each month?

The billing cycle is determined by the date you sign up for the subscription. The billing cycle is every 30 days from the date you enroll in the coffee subscription.

Why did I receive a reward for a free beverage when I’m already a ROCS Monthly Coffee subscriber?

Your reward for a beverage can be used to get an additional coffee with your order or may be valid for a beverage that’s excluded from your subscription.
